If you want rules enforced and people refuse to comply some people are going to get hurt or die. That's just kinda how that works. I know you live in fantasyland but that's not reality.
The constitution hasn't existed since (at least) the end of WWI.
Do you think any of the freedoms you do care about could possibly exist without nations? Without enforcing other laws? Without enforcing immigration laws?
You probably have zero care for the demographics of your country but you most likely live in a place where you're surrounded by white people.
You don't believe in the bill of rights if you don't care about immigration. You're just trying to win when you've already lost.
