Morality is subjective. But we must have objective and precise laws and rules and objective punishments for people who break those laws, because society needs functioning objectively. Crazy to think that giving someone or some group the power to impose their subjective morals code on the whole of society is the essence of tirany and despotism. While subjecting the whole society to an objective code of laws, with no Room to subjectivity, is the root of the most advanced societal systems we could create to this date.
