Not a single client has an onboarding flow that explains to new users how NOSTR is different from traditional platforms. Private key? What is that? Npub? What is that? What is a relay and which ones should I connect to? Does it even matter? Zaps? How do I set that up? These questions and more need to be addressed straight away for a new user if you want to retain them on your client.
