Jealous? There are people in USA serving life for personal use. Reclassification from dangerous drug with no medical benefits to dangerous drug with medical benefits really isn't that big a step. We've had medical cannabis here for a couple years, but it's a monopoly, American and Israeli companies own all of it. And courts have only gotten harsher in response to home growers and dealers trying to enforce the big pharma monopoly. It's less harmful than coffee, it should not even be regulated as a drug.

We both know the cannabis laws are not the indicator of a country being a “shit hole”. I would still take the US over any other country.
