You're spot on 🤗 everytime I get sick I have to give thanks to God because he's protecting me from something greater, I take this opportunity to fast until I am well again, I might have one small simple meal per day, I listen to my body and see what's best.
40-41 degrees Celsius fever is penthouse levels with the right training. Obviously, don't force it or you'll increase everyone's net worth over here. 🤭
