But there is this thing called "Nostr Wallet Connect" which is an order in the form of a nostr note to your node to send a payment. You should be able to create that note and send it to other devices by using Samiz, IF that note ever reaches the internet and is detected by your node, the Zap should just occur.

Not necessarily. LNMesh already allows for mesh networking to be used to cache transactions that then go 'live' when a connection to the internet is found.
