42 U.S. Code § 7522 Section 3 has destroyed more business, families and lives than I can count or will probably ever know about. That's not "reliably enforceable rule" if you ask me. It's brutally vague on purpose. It's designed to be subjective so they can say what they said to us "We don't want people like you in business". I wish I could have captured that recording to prove my point.
