Agreed. I would use the term 'visibility algorithm' here. If the client is merely ordering the note flow of a selected account, then that wouldn't be a visibility algorithm. A visibility algorithm would be ordering the note flow from many accounts, where the sorting can be used to boost or deboost certain accounts.
