A while ago when I first started my coffee meetup I had this conversation with nostr:nprofile1qqs8f84748pvzqlurndg45xk3ueezzzas9fn7hny9wpnh7gxv7j9dzcs4h2l4 about how to get bitcoiners to come out for a meetup and he made it clear and led by example. We’ve all heard it before and the same rule applies here.
Consistency, consistency, consistency. My first meetup we had one person. My second meetup we had the same one person plus three more. My third meetup we had four people(three first timers).
My fourth meetup we change locations to the only Bitcoin coffee shop in NYC and no one showed up!.
My fifth meetup was a solid 8 people (6 first timers)
My sixth meetup we had 8 people and 1 person who I didn’t even know was there for the meetup and found out who we were later!
My seventh Meetup is Saturday! Which me luck.
