I very rarely eat organ meats (just beef liver ocassionally) but now I kind of wanna try it ๐

Thanks for the tips! I try to avoid chicken because currently I only have access to store bought. As for hearts I only tried beef heart but like you said, quickly fried. I'll try simmering for sure. Also have some beef kidneys frozen for like a month or so - any recommendations for how to prepare them?
