Yeah with internet it works but... the offline feature is the important one.
No iphone.
Do you consider making a decoding app for f-droid?

I agree the fully offline is powerful.
If you want an android privacy respecting browser that works for this I have tested with Vanadium.
I have not yet looked into creating a purely standalone app but I can see the benefits.
