^ Pretty much. If you want more details lmk. Most of the equipment in this image is down the road as it's too old and power hungry to be useful per watt. But it was cheap and fun to play with. At the time these were recently decommissioned from the US Treasury department. I used to live in DC so I had some connections who would pick these up at auctions and sell them to me cheap.
Just get an elitedesk 800 g3 mini for $70
