I'm pretty damn bearish on X these days.
Pretty sure it will either die out completely or become mainly a centralised "everything" app nightmare for governments and cantillionaires to surveil.
Am I missing something?

Do not underestimate someone who has successfully co-opted the most powerful country on earth on multiple fronts.

It works pretty well as a text editor for stuff you want to paste into Nostr and delete after you copy it. A $40B text editor lol
I agree. I'm genuinely a fan of a lot of Elons stuff but when he took over twitter, my personal experience with it got worst and I don't use it any more.
I tried to follow a link to X from a nostr message and had forgotten that I blocked 'twitter.com' using Block site Chrome extension. 🤣
