The beauty of farming at altitude is that most pests can't handle this climate.
We have no need to spray pesticides.

Ill consider brandy to be spicy wine. I do wonder what the product woukd be like if i distilled a bottle of your wine. Be poetic to age it in the barrel it was aged in as wine.
