Doesn't a ten percent gross tax seem super simple? No one would be needed to do clever calculations (almost everyone can calculate a ten percent tip when paying a food bill).

And if, like, a company or corporation overinflated their worth it wouldn't matter because they would be paying extra for that.
Imagine the taxation infrastructure that could be removed; it would, like, pay for itself.
You know, like paying your other company to do stuff for you at a high rate (but they are different legal entities, so it's cool).
And the people that work for the IRS or whatever could grow legumes and actually found real beans.
