Seems like a lot of the blocks needed are already ready. Could use NIP-52 fb tags for availability slots and eventual events that get created. Just need to create a request flow for a booker to send an event request to the owner npub.

There are some starts, but... A calendar is absolutely essential for any business adoption.
Plus a standardized nostr-ized contact card like what you use currently but with an npub field.
Would need to handle changes easily too.
