I'm not sure anyone even notices me or sees anything I post but I'll share this... started drinking tart cherry juice five days ago for sleep. I use to wake up around 1:30 every morning to pee 😒 but since the juice I haven't woke up earlier than 3:30! I'm over 60 and don't sleep well. I also have tried several supplements for sexial health
With mixed results. But I've woken up with morning wood the last five days! Apparently studies show a link between tart cherry juice and nitric oxide production. Blood flow!
