TLDR: An old school hacker zine (Phrack) had an article about a North Korean APT. They reported it to a South Korea organisation and the email accounts then got suspended afterward. After a public response, they reinstated some accounts.

By 'they' I mean the Author of the article in the zine itself, Phrack collectively made a public response too.
