It's actually wheat flour, slowly roasted with lard. Served with fried lard bits on top. All good so far. But served with warm milk was odd. I questioned the milk and apparently it can also be served in black coffee 🀣 Flavour is like a sauce thickening base with strong flavour of lard. The locals love it because it reminds them of their childhood
