i've got mine tuned down to 900w (pretty much optimal energy to hash ratio for an s9) and it makes a great little underdesk heater. It uses less electricity than my 1200w from walmart so i count that part as a plus. the 400 ish sats a day i make when running it hardly matters, but sats get stacked 🤷. I consider my bitaxe a lottery miner. If the universe decides to increase my fortune for whatever reason, it's got a way to do it.
