Had to answer a heap of questions and was put on hold for hours…
He was asked by the fraud department of the bank:

Did your broker recommend Bitcoin?
Do you know that crypto can be a scam?

The bank they were using was the ANZ bank in Australia 🇦🇺
ANZ have a $6,500 USD a month max limit for transfers to exchanges.
