She never mentioned IQ, it is a nonsensical test and has very little to do with intelligence, in less of course you're defining intelligence as a IQ test result.
There are many symptoms of intelligence just as there are many kinds of intelligence but I have yet to see a overall definition.
It seems like intelligence is a five-dimensional shape of traits, three-dimensional space, over time and trajectory based on internal/external factors. The intelligence exists as a adaptive spectrum overlapping the fuzzy adaptive 5D shape of characteristics.
Various traits become optimal in differing environments, the "genius" today is tomorrow's idiot.
You know it when you see it but you can only see it by spending your time observing.

Maybe the only possible intelligence test is...
Intelligence is how easily the individuals mind can predict and achieve the individuals current or future Subjective wants.
Also a decent definition. All subjective.
