Do you think this will lead to massive scale internet firewalls like in China? Because if users can freely access servers _outside of_ the EU, that undermines the legislation, no? (Unless all countries cave to this idea ... not likely anytime soon IMO) So they might ban accessing certain servers. That's a firewall.
