They are causing us to reprint & reship thousands of packages this year.
Our Customer Service team is beat to shit.
Worst part is UPS is also following a similar trajectory in our area.

Yeah, it is ridic. I was already overseas when this happened so had to arrange to reship it from there. I could do it all electronically, but I like to make it difficult with a buncha paper even if it is more of a PITA for me 😆
