"CR" for short. Edited "Kicking the Hornet's Nest" (everything Satoshi wrote publicly in chronological order). Made the Nostr Wiki at https://nostrwiki.vercel.app and Nostr bridges: Nostrdon (with Mastodon) & Hostr (with Hive). Home page: https://crrdlx.vercel.app

I find it neat that I can type the command !HBIT on Nostr, then a series of things happens: 1. The note automatically gets bridged over to the Hive blockchain via the @Hostr @Hostr bridge 2. On Hive, the command initiates the @Wusang bot 3. One HBIT is mined (0.9 to me, 0.1 to either Snaps or Waves short form front ends) 4. A random number is generated in Wusang which may award a bonus "treasure token" or a hidden ecash cache of #bitcoin sats 5. Not to mention that the Nostrdon bridge auto-posts the note to #Mastodon as well.

Thoughts on Hive inflation website and the DHF proposal Something's been itching with me regarding Hive. I can't put my finger on it, but it also won't go away. In cases like this, I typically (a) subconsciously stew, (b) let it ferment in my head, (c) see if anything brews up, (d) try to write about it in attempt to organize it... Bridged via Hostr at This is a long form post, read the full article at

Jan. 1 I did something I've never done in my life: snuck into a secluded pond with wife, did a polar plunge to start the new year. And did it skinny dipping-style to boot! Gonna be a good year. (Full disclosure: wife chickened out because bottom of pond was "mushy" and it actually wasn't that cold, but still.)

It always amazes me how light it is on snowy nights. This is looking out the window, no artificial lighting no camera or after effects trickery,, hours before sunrise. image .

Gold is great, but this is so true. Too bad there's no way to quickly send a provably scarce resource's value to anyone, anywhere in the world, without fear of it getting watered as an alloy, stolen, or sinking to the bottom of the sea. Oh, wait... View quoted note → #bitcoin

I somehow lost my ability to zap using Amethyst. Now I can't figure out how to get it going again. I long press the zap icon, get into things, but don't understand how to connect a wallet. Any help or guides? I use coinos and would like to use nwc. #asknostr

Candycanes are annoying candies. The plastic wrapper is nearly impossible to remove. I mean impossible. If can skin it down a bit, you can the. suck on it down to the plastic wrap. But then your choices are: A. try to peel if back farther and get your fingers all sticky and messy. B. put the thing, plastic and all, in your mouth and try to extricate the candy from the wrapper while chewing and sucking both, then spit out the nasty plastic. C. just pitch the thing. I chose C this morning.

Just finished reading "Grandma Gatewoods Walk". Enjoyed it, got some thoughts. Inspiring. Irresponsible (like "Into the Wild"). Newspapermen write great books (like "The Day the World Came to Town").

It's bad singing, but it's authentic, it's genuine, and from the heart. "Christmas Puppy"
