At the restaurant today the man brought me a skewer and I said I'M VEGAN! I'M VEGAN! And he was like I know sir, SORRY our vegan skewer was so convincing to you. And this is why people hate vegans (me)
Lately I keep thinking things "didn't work" only to be proven wrong. Past experience is baggage. Let go of the preconceptions and realize it just didn't work *in that context*. Perhaps a novice has more potential than a senior. Brain isn't full of things that "didn't work."

Me and @chad did load testing against a bunch of different relay implementations, and so far strfry is in the lead with the ability to support 40k concurrent "users" (according to our K6 test criteria) on a single node.
The only downside of strfry is that the database and relay server have to be tied to one machine, so it cannot be scaled horizontally without replicating all of the data across each node.
Our K6 setup is here:
Being vegan is one of the most unpopular positions you can take. It's down there with being a pedophile. Except being a pedophile has grown in popularity recently so I think now being vegan might be even more unpopular.
Who has the highest performance Nostr relay (OPEN SOURCE) vertically and horizontally scalable, full text search, index on every tag, high performance write AND read with horizontal scaling on each, Prometheus metrics? Does such a thing exist?
Don't say strfry
