Someone sent me a very scary sounding Mostr Bridge vulnerability report. I ran it through Claude which confirmed it's a CRITICAL issue. But it still sounded like bullshit to me - come to find out it's only exploitable in theory of the ActivityPub spec and not in practice of any existing ActivityPub implementation. It made me feel smarter than an AI.

I didn't realize that Claude Desktop doesn't let you actually let you control your whole computer. You have to do it in the terminal. Normies don't understand how we have so much power.

I've been trying to get AirDrop to work on Linux. I did make it work... with WiFi disabled. AirDrop needs to use WiFi on a different channel. Apple does it by flickering between channels, but the network chip needs firmware support to do this. I could patch the WiFi chip's firmware on my laptop, except it's closed source. We could reverse-engineer it, except it's signed by the vendor and it blocks unsigned code. These companies are truly evil.
