"Blockchains don't scale" is an untrue statement. Blockchains scale if you allow the block sizes to be huge. "Decentralized blockchains don't scale" is a more true statement.

I created a new Bitcoin layer 2. It's infinitely scalable, has no fees, and requires no infrastructure.
