Remote management command line tools almost working properly with my microReticulum nodes

Also got it working via `rnstatus`!
So the CLI tools too.
`rnstatus` is crashing because a `txb` key is not present but I let Chad After an know. Otherwise a link is definately established and data is exchanged. Just a parsing error now
