I'm sore nearly all over. Honestly not as bad as I thought I would be, so that's good, but also not so great...
I'm heavily debating going got a walk. It's not exactly safe to do so in area this time of the week

WTF do y'all take?
In the days I remember everything, here's my list:
-magnesium complex
-iodine (2% lugol's, 5-8 dropper drops)
-creatine monohydrate
-vitamin C
-borax
-vitamin D +K2
I also sometimes remember to apply half a 21mg nicotine patch, but I don't wear it to sleep as I started having annoyingly weird dreams and I utterly detest dreaming so I stopped wearing them for 24 hours.
No, I don't take those all at once.

Day one of @Bfgreen 's 100 squat a day challenge report:
My inner quad heads are friggin done. Roasted. Stairs? Ugh. Standing up? Double ugh. I am not looking forward to day two.
Warmup: various rotations to loosen up major joints and get blood moving. I am a crunchy (not woowoo crunchy, you can hear my joints kind of crunchy) and this helps.
Workout:
5 sets of:
20x bodyweight full depth wide (but not sumo wide) squats
5x pushups, ish. I have a very long way to go before I can even do 5 full/proper pushups.
Each set had a variable rest period as I was doing other stuff in between.
I need a long walk tomorrow in the morning before I do this again...
This is stupid, but I said I'd do it so I will.
