I have come to respect Morakniv. This is a Garberg in stainless: It's stupid sharp, very well sized, and everything about it is carefully considered and implemented. Plus, it's very inexpensive. I'd have no issues getting using the even more value focused offerings, but I'm glad I chose this as my first knife of this type.
