Früher wuchs man von klein auf mit Stabilität und Disziplin auf das gehörte selbstverständlich zum Leben. Aber heute? Die Gesellschaft ist anders, viele sind nicht vorbereitet, manche übernehmen keine Verantwortung. Deshalb ist die Frage, ob das Prinzip ‚ein freier Bürger ist bewaffnet‘ in unserer Zeit wirklich noch tragfähig wäre
