Just had my first climbing session since my shoulder surgery last November. Managed to top rope solo a couple of 6as. 6c+, which used to be my warm-up, felt too hard - mostly because I’m rusty technically, not because I lack strength. Now I’ll be coming here more often to vary my strength sessions.

I am getting near to my running tolerance limit.

I don’t really like running in the woods because it’s hard to get a GPS signal but it’s the only place that’s pleasantly cool right now. Another day brings me closer to my goal!

Let’s kick off week 3, shall we?

It was a race with rapidly rising temperatures, puddles and broken sticks scattered all over the ground after yesterday’s sudden storm. I finished week 2 of preparation with 50 km under my belt.

Treadmill intervals. One hour of starring at the wall and my plan sticked to that wall! But it was worth it!
