Wait for your wallet to sync (for privacy coins), or open a gay ass lightning channel, and get rejected becuase you couldn't route your payment then pay $5 in fees anyways because the network wants to charge for attempting to process the payment. Or if anyone is brave enough to use Layer 1 nowadays have your transaction be stuck in the mempool for 3 days because RBF Csam Tokens keep injecting themselves into the next block before the miners even bother with your transaction even though you paid a sufficient fee to begin with 🙃.
