Spend, and Replace Makes Bitcoin Great. HODL, and NGU stops Bitcoin’s ability to circulate.

The State (of California) wants to tax you so much, and make your life unaffordable that you can’t even afford to run your own Nostr Relay! We must fight back against this!

Is Nostr a sovereign Nation State, should we begin utilizing Taxes, and a Draft to protect ourselves from Iran, Palestine, China, The United States, North Korea, Israel, and other Nation States that seek to pose us harm?

If there was a BitAxe for Monero that would be great but RandomX makes a BitAxe like difficult to exist. I already tried spending ~$20,000 on custom building a mining rig but unfortunately I have not be able to get it operational as of yet, so I just have computer parts sitting idle. And I don’t really feel like reinvesting more money into it currently since my income is not at a level where I can burden any more economic losses.

There was an interesting snippet of a webpage that I saw on how Nostr isn’t truly censorship resistant since we rely on relays to maintain that information but the way to counteract was through hints, or another mechanism. I need to learn more Nostr.

We’re all just nodes that validate transactions. The concept of influencers should be an archaic idea. Everyone should be able to influence the network, as long as they are the same distance from every other node, and can validate truthful, and accurate information in the fastest manner. Perhaps influencers are nodes people trust more, or are nodes the shortest distance from the maximal amount of nodes, and can broadcast first. However, our society should evolve towards a meshing mentality. Where everything is equal weighted, and truth is discovered together in aggregate rather than by a centralized command as it historically has been.

Spend, and Replace is HODL’ing that actually benefits the world.

I respect principled Bitcoiners that have the capabilities to utilize Bitcoin in a Cypherpunk, and Cryptoanarchist way. These are the people that use Zeus, Coldcards, BitAxes, Run Their Own Nodes, Run BTCServer, Spend, and Replace, etc. in a Based, and Decentralized way but unfortunately they’re drastically outnumbered by people who ride on Larry Fink, Michael Saylor, and Donald Trump. When I criticize Bitcoin, I’m not criticizing The Cypherpunks/Cryptoanarchists, I’m criticizing The HODLers/NGUs/Fiat Maxis/Saylor Simps/Suitcoiners, etc.

Being duality pilled is a very unique, & sometimes difficult path. Because you just understand in a way no one can understand. You understand the pain, suffering, and cycles but you also know that pain is growth, suffering is necessary, and the cycle must be broken. The weakness of the flesh cries we were better off in Egypt but yet you continue. We all want Golden Calves to solve our problems for us but the truth is we have to wonder in the desert for 40 years. It’s complex.

Don’t want to use Core? Use Monero Don’t want to use Knots? Use Monero Want Privacy on Bitcoin but don’t want to Manage your UTXOs, do Whirlpools, Coinjoins, Payjoins, create a lightning channel, make a cashu mint, use silent payments, tor, & be in a small anonymity set? Use Monero Tired of being paying high fees, & being stuck in The Mempool for 30 minutes to an hour up to a day? Use Monero Tired of KYC AntMiner, and Foundry Making up most of the hash rate? Use Monero (or BitAxes for Bitcoin Mining) Signal to core that putting their own financial interests first by compromising Bitcoin is wrong. Signal to Luke Dashjr. that code that isn’t peer reviewed is wrong. Remove the financial signal that you’re ok with corruption, centralization, and lack of privacy. Monero is The Most Decentralized, and Private currency in the world.

Does anyone have thoughts on Z-classic?

If Z-cash was reimplemented in a Bitcoin like manner it would clearly be a better currency than Bitcoin. The only reason people aren’t enthusiastic about Z-cash is because it had questionable setups that initially were trusted setups but then eventually transitioned to a trustless setups. There was a Founders Reward/Dev Tax that took away mined coins, and allocated to devs to support funding while a valid point gets invalidated by the fact that both Bitcoin, and Monero which are decentralized currencies have successfully funded plenty of things via crowdfunding. I’ve used Z-cash in the past, & more recently, in the past it was clanky, confusing, and not cypherpunk at all, it’s gotten better now but I prefer Bitcoin, and Monero first. If Z-cash did a clean hard fork, or a regenesis fork, it would be a good cryptocurrency. Z-classic is also on my radar but unfortunately is still early.

I’ve lost respect for Tucker Carlson Candace Owens John Doyle Mark Levin Ben Shapiro Donald Trump Sean Hannity Meagan Kelly Alex Jones And many other commentators that I used to watch all the time but now, I just look at them at delusional people. The left is still crazy of course! I find myself enjoying the older works of Thomas Sowell, & Milton Friedman the most. I love The Paul’s, and I enjoy Massie a lot too! I enjoy Hoppe, and Rothbard but not as much as I formerly did. Of course you have the classics of Hayek, Bastiat, Mises, and more but unfortunately I’m less familiar with their works, and others like them.

I don’t enjoy political commentary that much these days since so many fail into hyper-partisan cliche. We’ve got our warmongerers, rapid racists, the grifters, etc. The American right has lost it authentic tea party roots that made America great. I miss when America was about Civic Nationalism, Limited Government, Sustainable immigration, Free Markets/Free Trade, etc. That faction has been long gone now, you could Rand Paul still represents that but in all honesty he’s a warmongerer light, I love Rand Paul, don’t get me wrong, he’s amazing but Thomas Massie was way better, even though his stance on foreign aid while principled was inadvertently giving honey to people that used him to fuel their hate. Thomas Massie was 99% correct on almost everything, more so than anyone has ever been but instead of supporting removing all foreign aid he was focusing in on only one country.

Monero’s opaqueness introduces the increased difficulty in discovering an inflation bug. I accept that trade off. Monero’s tails emission introduces an increase in supply gradually over time. I accept that trade off. Monero’s Dynamic Block Size introduces a big fat problem of having to buy an extra hard drive every so in a while. I accept that trade off. Monero might have tradeoffs THAT YOU’RE not willing to accept. I am willing to accept them. The whole point of Nostr is to let individuals make choices for themselves.
