I updated it with better sources, and also added gold.
It's super interesting seeing how similarly volatile gold looks to bitcoin as the currencies sink.
Also, that lull in time where gold just follows fiat counterintuitively could be interpreted as a warning about how even the natural and traditional hedge against inflation can be held back long enough to wear you out or scare you out and it can take much longer than 4 years (took ~17 years to become volatile again)
