You can feel the tension of the US govt. and Antropic / OpenAI with these latest models from China coming out being almost equivalent to the US flagship models. Not only that, but releasing the weights. I fear the US is going to take the wrong side of this..

I think the problem with nostr is we don’t know what it is. Some people think that’s a good thing. I understand that sentiment. I wonder though if it makes more sense to nail down — more fundamentally — what the role of relays and clients are. It’s early and small enough to make these critical decisions.
