My first Sprint session for a while. Sprinting is so much fun. I took a break for the last two weeks from my Hyrox Training. Just several base runs and the #squatpushrepeat challenge. My HRV literally exploded and I’m feeling much more energized. Dear Nostr fam don’t forget to rest πŸ€™πŸ½ image
