48/176 Threshold time. 10 min warm-up, then 4x6 min @npub16fhh...n62p:30 min/km, then 10 min cool down. This was fun, except the > 30% incline during my last interval 🤮 @npub1ddp2...vsf9 with inclines, it feels like that the faster you go the exponentially harder it gets. Is it that I’m just not used to it? My latest prediction for the marathon is 3:38:50. I’m cautious with the exact time but it developes in the right direction.
