I've gotten 2 of 4 IBC totes cleaned and put in place. 2 more to go. Then I will be waiting on some fittings to reduce to 1". Need to tap into the gutter as well. Them just need the rain. Easy.
Sublimation is the process by which a substance transitions directly from the solid phase to the gaseous phase, bypassing the liquid phase.
This is a crucial step in the freeze drying process. Using sublimation instead of straight heat (dehydrator) preserves nearly all the nutrients. I also think it increases the flavor.

Here's my first attempt at propogating mushrooms. The jar is coffee grounds and a blue oyster I found and sliced in half. The bag is hopefully to spawn in. It is about 50/50 hardwood pellets and coffee grounds. Anyone see any flaws in this plan?
