Hey #birdstr, any identification of this woodpecker?

Second pawpaw planned out. My goal is to incorporate our food forest into the native plants. Here there are two types of ferns, salmon berries and trailing blackberries. Now for the fence to keep out the deer, rabbits and chickens.

Finally got around to working on a pawpaw guild. Changed fencing, added: marigold, strawberries, ground cherries and planted broad bean and clover seeds for nitrogen.

Working on adding plants to existing guilds. This is a Rose of Sharon hibiscus guild I planted last year. It contains: Red yarrow Chives Thyme Hairy vetch Strawberry Echinacea Ground cherries Garlic Volunteer mushrooms and dandelions And of course comfrey #permaculture

In my opinion this is what a garden bed looks like. There are 2 josta berries, comfrey, mullein and who remembers what else. Notice how all the soil is covered? That's the end goal.
