There are tons of seed storage designs out there. Some are better than others. I think the MicroSeed achieves a great balance. The cost of the tool is a little higher up front, but the cost of the storage media is pennies to a few dollars. Kinda tossed this out on Twitter. Just trying to learn. What's wrong with this idea? A dynamic fee for Witness data. During high-demand, couldn't the 75% discount for Witness data be reduced to 50%, 25% or even 0% for large Witness data (e.g. Inscriptions) while maintaining the discount for smaller data (e.g. signatures, Lightning)?
