But last night, the little book of Keynes was reflecting on the post war years and how the government was attempting to enact what Keynes suggested, “But the fact remains that the rise in unemployment….. was the result of deliberate government policy” As they changed policy to react, but by the time anything had an effect it was too late and had the opposite effect than intended. Who has been feeding him these lines? These are very specific, and in places technically correct, but without the contextual nuances that make these statements economically dangerous. He shitted on liz truss but would be offering unfunded give says, much worse than the simple unfunded tax cuts she offered, that should have boosted growth. Stretched my self taught economics knowledge to the limit trying to explain why only doesn’t make sense, to someone who thinks billionaires don’t need so much money and pitches the argument of cutting disabled funding…….
