I remember a time when people were worried about Bitcoin using too much energy. From a world on fire, ah, they must have been the good old days. image

Gm nostriches, happy yesterday is now behind me (well definition and all that) but happy to have some things cross off, but why the fuck am I always giving up a bike ride to do it!!!!!, prepping for a day of teaching, fight club quote prepped to inform them they have been sold a lie 🫡🙌, you’re welcome. Catching the news and while I may have been focused on Japan’s bond market (it’s rough but more of a thought exercise) maybe this is that straw that starts the cascade. UAE property market seizes up, debt starts to default, Peter begins to pay Paul, fire sales begin and……. Here we go. @Luke Gromen with @Danny Knowles 😘👌 #catstr and #coffeechain in the mix, but under leveraged.

“The higher and more extensive the minimum wages are, the wider and deeper is the unemployment they create…, the government will pressured to intervene perhaps with new rules making it harder to fire workers” Von Mises described by butler (2010) highlighting the Labour Party really has no clues on how the economy actually works. #vonmises #economics #wages #economiccollapse image

Gm nostriches, have the joys of dealing with the worst profession in the world today, lawyers. Going to see what they know about bitcoin and maybe push them to accept it puts them out of a job!!! Add in Unchained Capital with a recovery seedphrase, and my inheritance is done. Now to work out how to avoid inheritance theft!!!! #catstr not in the mood for any legalese! image

So, all those guys in charge of the armies deciding whether going into battle with the children of their fellow citizens are simply the lucky bastards who didn’t get killed during their tours of duty. They think war is awesome, war got them a promotion, war got them into a position of power. All the soldiers that actually paid the price of war will never be in charge, even if they learnt how futile the whole process is. image

Gm nostriches, happy hump day, hope you guys have more fun to look forward to than me, marking, meetings then marking moderation!!!! Fun fun fun. On the plus side, I’m the degen who is really not willing to play their games and will call out bs, so there may at least be a little fun thrown in then, well fun/ handgrenades!!! Had a thought of what it’s like when the world is entering a war and your country has a limp noodle at the helm. I think lawyers are the worst. image

Gm nostriches, lovely morning, first time taking the bike to school with the eldest, casually pedalling away, free, independent. Mild splinter in my mind after wondering which one was worse, genocide or socialism? Then thinking about the “market intelligence” session being the pursuit of knowing so much they can plan the economy they’re selling into……. Wait, that’s socialism too! Suppose the “die is cast” for how Friday will go, also had to slip a fight club reference in there. #coffeechain @M A D E X image

Horrendously dark in places, phones getting monitored in the Uk in the name of safety, free speech being a weapon of war, but let’s give it up for Canada, those in government are not the friendlier cousins of America, they are murderers and drug dealers, selling it as a helpful service. When will Canadian Normies wale up to these atrocities https://fountain.fm/episode/lcX15LDaDpyMuLUmbJ9B image

“With more money or money substitutes around, their price - that is, their purchasing power - will diminish. And this will show itself as a rise in the prices of other goods - what is commonly called inflation.” @VonMises on the consequences of money printing in Eamonn Butler’s primer to Von Mises. Absolutely loving it and feeling there are a good few quotes a missed from a paper. Ah well, always room for improvement.
