Well, if three arrows was the actual bottom of 2022, in the same way the Feb puke may have been the actual bottom of this bear, even if we ended up going lower on both occasions. Now matching up these two dates and running things through, after 6 months of chop, the mid August break out was only 2 weeks earlier than the mid January breakout in 2023, could this be a pattern emerging. While it goes without saying it won’t repeat, but it could rhyme, some moves up with some retests through September and October feels sensible as the traders return, and if we get a pull back like 2023, could see sub $65k (don’t be washed out freaks), before a move higher and if we follow what has happened before, we could hit 1.5x the initial low, which with my maths, that would be reaching around $95k and if we’re two weeks ahead, that would pretty much be around the end of October. Hmmmm, back to 100k by white paper day? Stay calm freaks, just astronomy for men and as it’s just charts, I’m not even using crayons for this “analysis”, just looking for patterns.

Gm nostriches, happy Friday freaks, although after only going into work Wednesday and a day off yesterday, not really an achievement to make it this far. But saying that, work is always a little more fun with a bit of a price bump, not so much the dollar value, but the chances this move can be sustained and then make the next move upwards. FYI, 100k is less than a 25% move away. While it is a slow game, will be watching bond yields with renewed vigour after listening to @Nik Bhatia with @Danny Knowles https://fountain.fm/episode/whOyKvxosgOT1cruEbfs. Defending the Japanese yen is one thing, but bringing the euro (French and German bonds) and gbp into the mix is super interesting, will there be a point where one of these markets is forfeited to save USD, may never be a better time for the UK to be schmoozing the Donald, so they choose the bigger market (the euro) to destroy……. Hmmm, then they introduce the new “digital euro” after?!?!? Many plates are spinning I may have been a little early with calling for bond calamity in December, it isn’t how events will unwind, and could probably attempt a revision, but rather than attempting to predict, it was more a “draft of a scenario”, help me get an idea, position accordingly, so even if something different happens, we can be better informed. For me this means looking at the GBP in my bank account and wondering how much the government will need to abuse them moving forward, so how quickly I need to do something with them………. Whey hey, bitcoin etns now available in a Brit trading account!!! But all fine in the UK according to the news, Farage still getting investigated, and oh my lord, Polanski attempting to win a parliamentary seat, simple acts to distract the masses from the cliff we are all approaching! #coffeechain has a lot of heavy lifting to brighten the mood, particular with autumnal rain setting in.

I sold quite a lot of mstr at the beginning of the summer so I could hold some gold, capture some losses and buy back where I’d started (not trying to be cheeky). Having missed my entry, even with a little gold move, I’ve basically missed over 40% of rises. I’m unsure I’m annoyed, if it heads back lower I may add a little, but the more this goes up, the more I’m feeling comfortable with just sitting it out and let mstr holders keep their fiat gains. The more the value of my fiat holdings falls, the less that ties me to that old system, that wants to rinse me of my time, energy and conviviality. I’m not intending on ever taking my private pension, so why bother about its value anymore…… if the value of the gold I’m holdings goes up. I might just withdraw the cash and buy some more of the real thing. image

Ga nostriches, while the sun has now come out, slightly bitter sweet for the bike ride, changing out the summer mirror lens for the autumn persimmon ones. Trails damp but grippy so happy to take the summer bike out, feeling the other will be out soon enough, just need to make sure she’s chargers Now home to head into the loft to grab a book that started of @Daniel Prince ‘s choose life journey, Aunt bought it for me years ago and has been sitting unloved ever since. Might have to venture into the 4 hour work week!!!!

Gm nostriches, day in the fiat mine, already a Thursday back out. Loved a chance to get typing again, but realised there is more work to be done; standard new year prep, but also have to chisel out time for my research project, mainly listening to old podcasts, but still need to focus and get making progress. Need the focused and directed mind during the afternoon lull to get engaged and begin to answer the big questions. Really appreciate the suggestions @Susie Violet Ward and @Cedricyoungelman , plenty of material to keep me busy!! But first, #coffeechain, school drop off, bike ride maybe?!?

Best thing about getting back into work is the chance to get some ideas out there, I'm not trying to say France is run any better than the UK, and there are likely many skeleton's in their closets, but the idea of having a local bar to drop into on the way home, meeting with a few bitcoin friends and maybe having a non vape style smoke, with a side of Frog just sounds like a better way to live.  Apologies @Peter McCormack , for your reference to British culture, and thanks @Daniel Prince  for getting me thinking.....    [#bitcoin](/t/bitcoin) [#Paris](/t/Paris) [#community](/t/community) [#culture](/t/culture) View article → image https://highlighter.com/a/naddr1qvzqqqr4gupzqy8hclmh9hvfxd7v3kmqg89kzwewv6y030ge962ew2fht86ks0dfqy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7qqswdkhsdt9wuu8yurzdau8vueedvtz8q5p

Gm nostriches, deep breath, back into the fiat mine, only a couple of weeks before the students arrive and I’m supposed to have updated my material (I have done), but someone else circulated their material for everyone to use……. Back into the endless cycle, finish one uni year, pack the kids off for their next school year…… “that’s life” After some time away started making a little more progress through “choose life” by @Daniel Prince , tough reading, combined with finishing of #meditations, really bring clarity to all that is going on around me, another year of school holidays done, some things crossed off (made my mother’s birthday!! 🫡🙌), but a good few things on my list still to be sorted……. Feeling the social pressure of being back “earning the money”, but as you say Dan, this isn’t an excuse to not being willing to listen to everyone else’s issues…………. On the plus side, after sorting the awaiting emails this morning , I should be able to get some writing done…… but first, back to the #coffeechain early morning Gm cup! image

Ge Nostriches, saw this movie as instagram only shows me cars, bikes and 80’s and 90’s movies, and it turned up. Not too deep, Kylie and Jean Claude fun and games, but with quite a few sneaky one liners thrown into the mix. Fun joke about the henchmen keeping their health benefits intact, but “if good men do nothing, that is evil enough”; fair play! #streetfighter

While making an “old map” with tea, youngest discovered the only reason adults day “don’t play with matches”, is because they want to keep the fun all to themselves!!! image
