call me old school, but when I think about a "business" it usually includes a business model, not just issuing various securities.

still can't figure out if this Tether, Cantor, Bitfinex, Mallers SPAC is going to have an operating company or literally just sell securities to buy bitcoin. it feels like Strike is the SPAC target, but I don't know how to verify
