@primal apologies for the idiotic question, but I struggle with the search function on Primal. Listening to @DETERMINISTIC OPTIMISM 🌞 on @preston discussing the sauna article in a recent podcast, I search “NVK sauna article” and just get one random result. Is it anything got to do with relays (or lack thereof) that I am connecting to? I always struggle with the search function here (maybe user error!)

If you care about free speech, this is a very worthwhile listen. Regardless of political, religious, or any belief systems you may adhere to, by Opt’ing in to their system, we are giving them power. Opt out. and bitcoin fix this. I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it. As usual @ODELL was a first mover on this. Get off X people. @jack am glad you left the dark for the light.

@Tanja on @Guy Swann a great listen. Really enjoyed the monk story. I need to write more. Best snippet I picked up from the conversation. Let’s go!

Fell off the horse last night. 3.5 weeks of strict carnivore, but had some wine and chocolate last night. Could be worse. Back at it today. Live in the present, no regrets.

@Lyn Alden apologies if you have already flagged/corrected, but in your most recent premium report, looks like Komatsu ticker is off. 6031 -> should be 6301. Thanks for the great report as always.

7 great days of training on the trot. Running, biking, kettlebells and barbells. Enjoying a few Sunday evening red wines. Shawn Baker and Saif wouldn’t be too impressed as trying to do carnivore 80-90% of the time but not at 100% yet. Not GI issues so not overly concerned, but anyone in similar boat? I really do though enjoy the ease of meat and water only 5-6 days a week.

Not been swinging enough kettlebells lately. Need to get back into it. Too much deadlifting. Listened to an older one again today - Pavel on Joe Rogan. Lot to be said for swings and get-ups. Some great strength advice on there. Get after it.

Question : if you have any Bitcoin in self custody, how are you not running a node? Would you not want a copy of the UTXO set to verify what you do / do not have control of (assuming you have not lost your keys.). Not running a node really flabbergasts me…

Lyudmyla Kozlovska and Bota Jardemalie from the Open Dialogue Foundation on @Stephan Livera very good - but rhis anti PoW trend bothers me.

Jesse Livermore (so stack sats and wait!) : 1. “Money is made by sitting, not trading.” 2. “It takes time to make money.” 3. “It was never my thinking that made the big money for me, it always was sitting.” 4. “Nobody can catch all the fluctuations.” 5. “The desire for constant action irrespective of underlying conditions is responsible for many losses in Wall Street even among the professionals, who feel that they must take home some money everyday, as though they were working for regular wages.” 6. “Buy right, sit tight.” 7. “Men who can both be right and sit tight are uncommon.” 8. “Don’t give me timing, give me time.” and finally, the most important thing: 9. “There is a time for all things, but I didn’t know it. And that is precisely what beats so many men in Wall Street who are very far from being in the main sucker class. There is the plain fool, who does the wrong thing at all times everywhere, but there is the Wall Street fool, who thinks he must trade all the time. Not many can always have adequate reasons for buying and selling stocks daily – or sufficient knowledge to make his play an intelligent play.
