Feeling unstoppable this year. Super low carb. Loads of fatty red meat. No alcohol in 2026. (Only 2 days of glass of wine in last 100). Training consistently. No brain fog. Little social media - only nostr. Let’s get after it!

80 days sober from last 82 in the bag. Onto 29th consecutive day sober. Like all good habits (cold showers, sauna, exercise, low carb), getting on a streak is great for building discipline. Build good habits.

72 days from last 74 sober. No better feeling. Back to training this weekend post being away. But still knocking out > 100 pushups a day and walking to keep ticking over. Health is wealth.

Getting after it. 2025 Totals: Best Marathon : 3:03 Best Half : 1:27 1 Hand KB Swings : 12,680 Turkish get ups: 1,004 Running : 1,106 km Bike : 1,038 km (All indoor trainer ex 1 race) KB Squats : 356 Rower : 42 km Push-ups : 7,556 (Only started in November). Get some goals together for 2026. Keep on pushing.
