After listening to Shawn Ryan on Joe Rogan recently, I’ve started listening to his podcast. No more than Jocko’s, some real life lessons and simple applications. Win the morning one if the easiest to implement. Get up early, cold shower, get after it. I’ve been on the cold showers for circa 6 years, every morning. No quite a cold plunge, but they get you in the game. Tomorrow - Up at 6 Cold shower Prepare breakfast for my family. Exercise Win the morning

@Alby I keep losing the connection from AlbyGo on my iPhone to my node at home using AlbyHub. Have to regularly delete the connection and re-add the wallet connection. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? 🤷‍♂️

Any thoughts on running Knots versus core? @Lyn Alden ‘s recent paper (realise co-authored) and conversation with @ODELL has got me thinking about this. I used to think I’d like to run it when Umbrel made the change seamless - but now that the change is here - I’m not sure I should. I remain anti-spam, but let the free market decide on what gets into a block….? Would love some guidance.

@primal apologies for the idiotic question, but I struggle with the search function on Primal. Listening to @DETERMINISTIC OPTIMISM 🌞 on @preston discussing the sauna article in a recent podcast, I search “NVK sauna article” and just get one random result. Is it anything got to do with relays (or lack thereof) that I am connecting to? I always struggle with the search function here (maybe user error!)

If you care about free speech, this is a very worthwhile listen. Regardless of political, religious, or any belief systems you may adhere to, by Opt’ing in to their system, we are giving them power.
