Need to get on a streak. Despite massively reducing my alcohol intake from last year, I’m still inconsistent. Once every couple of months still too month when poisoning oneself and taking me away from #carnivore. Need the public forum announcement to self-motivate. Game on. Current target 365.

Marathon in 3:03. Wheels fell off at 36 km. If we all put ourselves in pain and came through it, we’d be a lot better off. Hear Frankfurt is not the nicest. Seemed fine today besides the bloody wind!
